We’re an early-stage food brand in the fast casual / hot chicken space with big goals and even bigger flavor. After a successful prototype and early branding momentum, we’re expanding our core team.

We’re looking for a talented, hungry, and creative sous chef ready to develop and refine our core menu. This isn’t just a job—it’s a build-from-scratch opportunity with long-term partnership potential for the right fit.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead menu development focused on hot chicken, sandwiches, sides, and sauces
  • Handle recipe testing, R&D, and ingredient costing
  • Work closely with founders to refine product-market fit
  • Help establish kitchen SOPS, prep guides, and consistency standards
  • Be part of the founding story, not just the kitchen
