Service Offering Coordinator
How does the role impact the organization?

As a Service Offering Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation and support of our team and clients. You will work in a culture emphasizing humility, empathy, and excellence. What will your role be responsible for?
  1. Develop processes to ensure best practices and a consistent client experience.
  2. Review and refine service offerings.
  3. Fill in across multiple roles as needed (e.g., coverage for co-worker absences).
  4. Help develop team roles and define responsibilities.
  5. Liaise with business managers within RJ to meet team needs.
  6. Manage the Advising team website and social media profiles, including LinkedIn.
  7. Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media and website content.
  8. Support Financial Advisors in growing the business.
  9. Conduct market intelligence research.
  10. Assist in strategizing and administering email campaigns.
  11. Support marketing events, seminars, and client meetings.
  12. Track and follow up on opportunities.
  13. Grow and take courses as required for regulatory purposes.

What do we expect from you?
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of investment concepts, practices, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with compliance practices.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and maintaining CRM databases is an asset.
  • Experience with online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn; Dataphile is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Raymond James operations; previous experience with RJLU is preferred.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new applications.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Abilities:
  • Work within deadlines in a high-volume environment with attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
  • Demonstrate professional etiquette in face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and phone interactions.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist others.
  • Handle confidential information tactfully and discreetly.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry-related experience.
  • Experience in investment brokerage, financial services, banking, or accounting is an asset.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Investment Representative licensing, including the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • Wealth Management Essentials Course (preferred).

Salary Range

BC (based on education and experience): $80,000 - $100,000 total compensation.
