Position: Warehouse Lead

Pay Range: $23.00 / hr - $26.00 / hr

Work Schedule: 1st Shift, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday; includes weekends and holidays; 8 hours plus possible OT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead warehouse team to support production by ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
  • Manage inventory control, shipping, receiving, quality control, and WMS data entry.
  • Follow and lead all safety, sanitation, and quality protocols, including COVID-19 measures.
  • Train and assign daily tasks to warehouse employees and oversee their breaks.
  • Plan daily tasks based on shipments, deliveries, and production schedules.
  • Assist with loading/unloading goods, physical inventory, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
  • Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
  • 3+ years in warehouse leadership roles.
  • Experience with sit-down/stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and squat for 8+ hours.
