About You:

• Enthusiastic about all things beauty!
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry
• Excellent at building rapport with guests and team, embracing the philosophy that “Experience is Everything”
• Positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed
• Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat business
• Passionate about coaching and motivating your team
• Proficient with computers
• Confident, flexible, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator
• Strong time management skills—able to complete tasks on time and within budget
• Problem solver with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
