Just Like Family Home Care is a leading Canadian home care provider dedicated to offering compassionate, person-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are growing and looking for passionate, driven individuals to help connect families with the care they need.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales & Community Outreach Representative to drive business growth by connecting with potential referral partners and clients. This role is 90% on the road, engaging with healthcare professionals, conducting in-home assessments, and attending networking events. The remaining 10% of the role is dedicated to administrative tasks and CRM updates.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, care homes, social workers, doctors, and pharmacists.
Represent Just Like Family at community events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized care plans for new clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software (e.g., Monday.com or similar tools).
Consistently meet and exceed sales and engagement targets. Provide timely reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

1+ year of sales or face-to-face marketing experience (healthcare industry experience is an asset).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities.
Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
