Based in Sudbury, Ontario, Compass is the Lead Agency for child & youth mental health services for the districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin. Under the direction of the Director Corporate Services, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Agency’s financial accounting and reporting systems, payroll preparation and administration, budget preparation, project management accounting, insurance and risk management, procurement and contract management, financial reporting and compliance with legislation and Ministry directives with respect to financial accountability.
