As a Part Time Supervisor, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. What You’ll Do :

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and responding to customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Provide feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement.
• Support store team with Asset Protection through excellent customer service, safety, and operational controls.

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders.
• Provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
