Job Description

As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for leading change management efforts during an ongoing transformation. The Change Management Senior Advisor will collaborate closely with the project team, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure a smooth transition, adoption, and alignment with organizational goals.

What does your typical day look like?

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy.
  2. Lead stakeholder analysis sessions to identify and address resistance, risks, and communication needs.
  3. Design and execute communication plans in collaboration with the communication team to ensure alignment and clarity across all levels of the organization.
  4. Develop and facilitate training strategies and support their execution to prepare employees and ensure adoption.
  5. Collaborate with the project management team, HR, and other stakeholders to integrate change management into the overall project plan.
  6. Conduct impact assessments to understand how the transformation affects workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
  7. Provide regular updates and progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Support the development of tools and materials such as FAQs, guides, and training resources to aid transition efforts.
  9. Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, particularly in large-scale technology implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or others) is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written English communication skills.
