Job description

Your Opportunity:

This position is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the integrity of personal identities within Alberta Health Services (AHS) Registries, Alberta Health (AH) Registries, and related systems such as Alberta Netcare Portal and Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). The role involves identifying and resolving potential linkages and duplicate records across these platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the position requires analyzing and developing business processes related to personal identification and identity resolution to improve efficiency and reduce administrative complexity. Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in office or business administration

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in Health Information Management
  • Experience with Data Integrity Client workflows and Person Identity Management
  • Experience with Netcare and Alberta Health Person Directory
  • Keyboarding skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Knowledge of Data Integrity Module, Connect Care, and EPIC
  • Proficiency in computer skills and medical terminology certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Person Identity Management and access to related profiles within Connect Care/EPIC
