We are currently looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support our operations by ensuring efficient and strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the purchasing of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables from our supplier partners, focusing on reliability and optimization.
  2. Negotiate purchasing conditions and establish long-term agreements to maintain solid, strategic relationships with suppliers.
  3. Optimize procurement costs and lead times while ensuring the quality of products and services received.
  4. Verify and approve purchase and equipment rental invoices in coordination with the accounting department.
  5. Participate in the research and evaluation of new products, equipment, and tooling by conducting profitability analyses and comparisons.
  6. Contribute to equipment and materials inventory management by project, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system (Maestro).
  7. Coordinate site orders with the warehouse foreman.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to plan short- and medium-term material and equipment requirements.
  9. Manage equipment rental accounts, ensuring return deadlines are met and deliveries are compliant.
  10. Monitor the market and propose solutions to continually improve service efficiency.
Profile required:
  • Relevant experience in purchasing coordination within a construction or related industry.
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Good negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Maestro is an asset).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage several priorities simultaneously.
