Join to apply for the Summer Student - General Labourer role at Crown Property Management Inc.

Position Summary and Objectives

As a Summer Student, the General Labourer reports to the Manager, Technical Services and will support the day-to-day operations of building maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality building premises through general maintenance such as sweeping, litter pick-up, shoveling, coil cleaning, pressure washing, etc.
  • Perform painting tasks in common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior fixtures as required.
  • Assist with various projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, executing all work safely and professionally.

Deliver Excellent Service to Tenants

  • Provide high-quality tenant services with a cooperative, helpful, and non-disruptive approach in all interactions.

Promote Environmental Sustainability

  • Support best practices to reduce energy consumption in building operations.

Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Secondary Diploma required.
  • Currently a 3rd or 4th-year post-secondary student required.
  • High professionalism and passion for success.
  • Results-oriented, capable of bringing tasks to completion on schedule.
  • Supports effective teamwork and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Open to learning and developing new skills.
  • Flexible in handling changing conditions and pressures.
  • Preferably holds a valid Ontario driver’s license and owns a vehicle.
