Role Responsibilities
  • As the top Finance leader at the facility, the Finance Business partner plays a critical role in the financial planning, analysis, controls and execution of the operations
  • Primary business partner for the General Manager of Operations
  • Lead & develop the plant finance and local controlling team
  • Develop Cost of Goods Sold financial plans in conjunction with the Supply Chain FP&A team
  • Weekly / Monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and forecasting (including risks and opportunities)
  • Monthly business review presentations with executive leadership
  • Capital planning and business case development
  • Strategic Planning & special projects
  • Identify, highlight areas of waste within the cost structure, drive / support improvement actions
  • Lead accounting and internal controls efforts (not covered by Accounting COE) as needed
  • Lead the financial planning, analysis, controls and execution of the operations
  • Primary business partner for the General Manager of Operations
  • Lead & develop the plant finance team
  • Develop Cost of Goods Sold financial plans in conjunction with the Supply Chain FP&A team
  • Drive Weekly / Monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and forecasting (including risks and opportunities)
  • Perform Monthly business review presentations with executive leadership
  • Support Capital planning and business case development
  • Support Strategic Planning & special projects
  • Identify, highlight areas of waste within the cost structure, drive / support improvement actions
  • Lead Accounting team activities, including month end close, account reconciliations, general controls, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting
Qualifications

Education- Finance, Accounting or equivalent degree

Certifications/Licensure- CPA or MBA preferred

Years of experience- 10 years work experience in Finance / Accounting

Level of experience- 5+ years of managerial experience

Industry experience- preferred, not required

Travel % - 5%
