Job Duties:

1. Create and implement policies and procedures for department or business operations
2. Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
3. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
4. Collaborate with suppliers to secure necessary materials and supplies
5. Hire, manage, and train staff
6. Create and manage employee work schedules
7. Coordinate with clients regarding facility use for events like conventions, banquets, and receptions
8. Address and resolve customer complaints

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in accommodation industry
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
