Remote Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation

Position based remotely with occasional office meetings in:

• Central California, Fresno
• Inland Empire, Ontario
• East Bay, Oakland
• Orange County, Fullerton
• Northern California, Redding
• Westlake Village, Westlake Village

Salary Range: $80,000 to $210,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities

Role Overview:

Associate Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including discovery and litigation phases. The role involves collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and an undergraduate degree
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Exceptional research, analysis, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong proactive case management commitment
