Are you passionate about helping people? Join The Cleaning Authority as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in helping homes stay fresh and stress-free. We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

• Get paid $21.50 CAD per hour
• Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8AM to 10PM EST Monday to Friday, and 9AM to 5PM EST on Saturdays
• Access detailed training modules and ongoing support to excel in your role

Key Responsibilities :

• Responding to client inquiries professionally and courteously
• Setting appointments and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues effectively
• Maintaining high performance standards and achieving goals

Gig Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Windows as well as typing (40 WPM minimum)
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience
• Must be available and work a minimum of 20 hours per week with no maximum limit
