About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Westbow Group of Companies and its subsidiaries by managing day-to-day recruitment activities. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will partner closely with our business partners to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

*This position is a fixed-term contract, lasting 12–14 months*.

Hourly Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and posting on HRIS platform and external job board sites.
• Screening candidate resumes and applications using our HRIS platform.
• Coordinating and conducting virtual pre-screens and interviews via Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinating and facilitating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Making informed hiring recommendations based on assessment of candidates and department needs.
• Managing the offer process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Coordinating and representing Westbow at local job fairs and networking events.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment-related role.
• Post-secondary education in a Business or Human Resources program considered an asset.
• Intermediate level proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
