Comanche Elementary is seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as a fourth grade RLA teacher for the 2025-26 school year. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver TEKS based instruction to fourth grade students and to work closely with all other fourth grade teachers in a collaborative atmosphere. The teacher will be expected to articulate and model a love of learning and to use instructional methods that emphasize higher-level thinking skills.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for elementary and ESL certification.
This position is potentially eligible for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. The allotment provides funding to pay highly effective teachers whose students show measurable improvement in academic growth. The average allotment paid to those teachers who earn TIA designation is approximately $6,500-$23,500/year in addition to their regular salary.
