Participates as necessary in the admission of new residents.
Maintains an awareness of each resident's emotional, physical, and spiritual needs and refers them to other team members (when necessary) to meet these needs.
Ensures that each adolescent is prepared for and attends their programmed appointments: psychological, psychiatric, educational, and medical.
As a member of the treatment team, contributes to the formulation of a treatment plan for each individual in the unit through submission of written reports and participation in discussions. Carries out treatment plans where appropriate.
Organizes recreational activities that make leisure time a positive, rewarding experience.
Ensures the daily care and cleanliness of the living facilities.
Manages clothing, household supplies, and equipment.
Provides transportation - if approved as Agency Authorized Driver, will transport residents as requested.
Supervises the residents' personal hygiene routines.
