Job Description
  • Customer Service: Observe and coach team members’ behaviors to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Act as a role model by providing exemplary customer service using Laura Canada’s standards.
  • Build and maintain a personal clientele using Laura Canada’s tools, ensuring team members do the same.
  • Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills by coaching on current fashion trends, product, and customer needs, and keep team updated on new arrivals and trends.
  • Conduct SPA weekly.
  • Promote the website, store CRM, loyalty programs, marketing initiatives, and direct ship options.
  • Foster a vibrant, fun, energetic store environment.
Floor Leadership
  • Demonstrate excellent floor leadership, control the sales floor, and monitor segment results.
  • Monitor traffic trends and react promptly.
  • Identify team issues and communicate to the Store Manager.
Business Management
  • Assist in maintaining visual presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist in dressing window mannequins and executing visual directives.
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing directives and store operations.
  • Provide feedback on inventory and quality issues.
Store Performance

Contribute to achieving financial objectives: sales, closing ratio, hours, shrink, dollars per transaction, units per transaction.

Qualifications
  • Passion for fashion and customer service.
  • At least 1 year experience as Sales Associate preferred.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create a motivating work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and/or French preferred.
