Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and supervise kitchen staff
2. Responsible for scheduling a team of 20
3. Demonstrate strong team leadership skills, including teaching and training staff
4. Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and supplies
5. Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety standards
6. Ensure top quality food and pristine kitchen conditions
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Well-rounded experience in all areas of the culinary field
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ management experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Innovative, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious, with awareness of industry trends
• Flexible scheduling to meet business demands
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
