Qualifications :

• Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapists or Chiropractors in Ontario with 1-5 years of clinical rehabilitation and leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen, with experience managing clinic operations and financials.
• A passion for mentoring, collaboration, and delivering top-tier patient care.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, proven ability to motivate teams and drive business goals.
• Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.

Key functions and responsibilities :

• Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients.
• Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
• Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics.
• Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinating operational activities with the team and demonstrating a strong presence in the clinic.
• Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
• Managing and resolving scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
• Playing an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce so employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
• Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff.
