Job description

Location : West Montreal, Monteregie West, Outaouais, Eastern ON up to Trenton, ON

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical sales support for pump products and systems.
  • Manage and service existing clients in the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales meetings, discuss product options, and close orders.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities and leads.
  • Visit customers to assess needs and recommend custom pump solutions.
  • Manage CRM for proposals, quotations, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and deliver technical presentations.
  • Set and achieve professional development goals.

Skills and qualifications :

Requirements :

  • College Diploma in a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong sales skills and technical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Alignment with company values
  • Knowledge of industry products and CRM systems
  • 60-75% day travel, 10% long-distance travel, home office
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs on occasion
