Job Description

Join our team and develop your career in human resources within a fast-growing international company! As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Your missions

  • Oversee on- and off-boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Assist team members and managers with HR-related inquiries, including contracts, leave requests, payroll, healthcare, and mobility.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure affiliation and declaration to local HR authorities (social security, insurance, tax, etc.).
  • Support the People Review process and other talent management initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research on labor laws and assist in compliance monitoring.
  • Manage employee questions.
  • Assist with payroll verification, tracking anomalies, and coordinating corrections.

Your profile

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
