Job description

Job Description:

• Lead planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to build shared ownership and collaboration, raise awareness of the program, and motivate these groups to participate in the transformation.
• Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to develop tactics that prepare Prescribers and Clinicians for change.
• Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
• Collect and analyze Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
• As the team expands, oversee daily activities of team members supporting engagement initiatives.
• Manage tasks using the Program management tool - Jira.
• Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Gather feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze survey results, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• The candidate will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete Privacy Training prior to starting.

Mandate Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior change management role leading healthcare transformation initiatives impacting providers.
• Experience managing change related to healthcare technology, such as Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital projects, with clinical user groups.
• Availability to start around May 19th, 2025, or earlier if possible.

Scored Requirements:

• Extensive experience (8+ years) leading and managing change initiatives, especially involving technology and complex environments.
• Proven experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist or Lead in clinical transformation contexts.
• At least 5 years of developing clinical engagement and readiness strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills with healthcare providers, understanding clinical workflows and stakeholder dynamics (5+ years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom (5+ years).
• Experience using Atlassian JIRA (2+ years).
• Formal training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) with the ability to apply structured approaches (Yes/No).
