About the job IAM Business Analyst

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst:

KEY SKILLS:

• 10 years experience as a BA and strong IAM Experience.
• Must be senior with confidence and be able to describe their experience around requirements gathering with the business stakeholders, writing clear business requirement documents (BRD).
• Read the audience in the room and present BRD's effectively.
• Create Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents and Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), and be able to share examples.
• Strong experience with Use Cases, Test Cases, and Story Boards.
• Lead Workshops.
• Work closely with the Executive Team and manage concurrent projects.

Location: Remote (Canada Wide)

Candidate Rate: $75-$85 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IAM projects.
2. Entitlement Catalog Development: Work with application owners and stakeholders to develop entitlement catalogs for self-service automated user access provisioning as part of the factory onboarding of managed applications.
3. Process Definition: Define processes for managing Tier 1 administrative roles and automating the maintenance of stale accounts, including those for employees on long-term leave, sessional workers, deprecated service accounts, and stale contractor accounts.
4. Supporting Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the solutions meet business needs.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IAM solutions.
6. Training: Train staff and users to work with applications, systems, and/or programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.
• ERP Experience is an asset.
