The opportunity

We currently have career opportunities for Staff and Senior Consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of their business. Each project is different, so you’ll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We’ll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence.

Your key responsibilities

As a Staff/Senior Consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with your team using data, technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.

Additionally, you will:

  • Deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Skills and attributes for success

  • This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translating them into detailed system specifications.
  • Lending expertise (preferably retail lending) on products such as credit card, personal loan, line of credit, mortgages and HELOC.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Past project experiences using agile methodology practices.
  • 2-5+ years of industry experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
