Position Overview

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize a customer-first approach, passionate about delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that surpass expectations. Success as a Brand Ambassador involves teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to inclusivity. This role serves as a stepping stone to future leadership opportunities within Ralph Lauren.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales.
  • Support store execution of company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Innovate in engaging clients and expanding the customer base.
  • Represent the customer experience in alignment with RL Brand expectations.
  • Deliver consistent service supporting the store and company vision.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Uphold RL core values.
  • Embrace RL's 'More ways to shop' initiative and new technology.
  • Support a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  • Network and source talent proactively.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and areas for improvement.
  • Enhance customer connectivity through alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
  • Increase product discovery accessibility via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  • Maintain high productivity standards through effective store execution.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Report category opportunities or needs to management.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed.
  • Capacity to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
  • Proven success in building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
