As our leadership group continues to build a robust pipeline, we are now recruiting at Associate Principal level candidate to support these ongoing efforts.

Examples of types of engagements currently being staffed:

  1. Performance improvement – throughput, sales force effectiveness and cost reduction
  2. Procurement - Strategic and rapid sourcing and supply chain
  3. Optimization of capital projects – design and execution
  4. Due Diligence - CDD and VDD
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
  • Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Managers
  • Ensure consistency, improvements are embedded and that skills are transferred
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • A proven ability to deliver large scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
  • Outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.
  • Strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic.
  • Experienced team leader with the capability to mentor and direct your team
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates fitting the above criteria and have held a similar role in a consulting firm are invited to apply. Similarly, candidates that have 5 years within a tier one strategy consulting firm and have acquired 'real-world' line or strategy experience will be viewed with great interest. We are also targeting candidates with leadership experience.

NOTE: Alternate locations as a 'home base' will be considered.

If you want to deliver quantifiable improvements in your next role then join Partners in Performance!

**Our no physical office culture allows you to work from your preferred city within the US or Canada**

All consulting positions are a combination of working in-person on a client site when working on client engagements and then working in a virtual environment (at home) when not staffed on an engagement.
