Field Sales Representative – Kognitive Sales Solutions

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Compensation:

Starting at $17.75/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission.

Schedule:

Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities.

  • Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for a positive experience.
  • Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Create excitement around the product offering.
  • Work in a flexible environment with scheduled hours.
  • Receive fully paid training and ongoing coaching.
