Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Residency: Candidates must be residents of British Columbia Province.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Any degree is acceptable, but a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with experience in the construction industry, fabrication, welding shops, detailing, or erection offices being a valuable advantage.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in inside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Skills: CRM knowledge, data mining, and proficiency in sales tools, including PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Self-Motivated: Organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing business needs and market conditions.
Salary: Hourly basis – C $18 to C $25 per hour based on experience + sales commission.
Reporting Structure: Reports to Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Head
