Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: British Columbia, Canada (inside and around BC)

Communication: Proficient in English (strong writing, listening, and reading skills)

Work Hours: Hybrid and WFH option available

Work Nature: Contract Role

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Residency: Candidates must be residents of British Columbia Province.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Any degree is acceptable, but a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with experience in the construction industry, fabrication, welding shops, detailing, or erection offices being a valuable advantage.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in inside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Technical Skills: CRM knowledge, data mining, and proficiency in sales tools, including PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Self-Motivated: Organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing business needs and market conditions.

Salary: Hourly basis – C $18 to C $25 per hour based on experience + sales commission.

Reporting Structure: Reports to Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  2. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure, including presentations, negotiations, and implementation.
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer databases, track leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools.
  4. Client Consultation: Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  6. Reporting: Update sales forecasts and reports for the sales manager, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  8. Targets: Willingness to work towards assigned goals and achieve monthly targets within specified timelines.
