A leading company in legal services is seeking a Profitability Manager to drive profitability initiatives across its global offices. Our client is a large company providing legal services in North America and around the world. They are looking for a highly analytical and strategic leader to lead their profitability efforts. The Profitability Manager will drive the profitability initiatives, including supporting and enhancing the budgeting and forecasting processes, refining and enhancing our profitability methodology, and performing profitability analyses.
Reporting to the Chief Pricing and Practice Support Officer, you will lead the team’s profitability initiatives across all of client’s offices globally. You will operate with conviction and partner extensively with cross-functional teams and the firm’s leadership team to drive process improvements and incremental value to the firm. The successful candidate will be comfortable immersing themselves in data to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue and margin to the firm. You have the ability to persuade others through a data-driven approach.
