SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Virage Simulation, a leader in driving simulation, is a growing SME located in Saint-Laurent.

Position Details:
- Location: Montreal (Saint-Laurent)
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Schedule: Flexible, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support – 35%
- Greet visitors, answer phone, and transfer calls
- Prepare shipping documents and support various departments
- Track/reminder of various deadlines in Outlook
- Purchase office supplies, stamps, coffee, etc., and maintain inventory
- File documents and keep records up to date
- Maintain calendars (update appointments, conferences, etc.)
- All other related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Sales Support – 65%
- Organize logistics for exhibitions, training, and shipping
- Make hotel, plane, car, and truck reservations
- Follow up with clients and support with bid offers
- Write and translate sales documentation
- Plan and organize installations and client training
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Professional diploma or post-secondary education (required)
- Bilingual (French/English) both orally and in writing (required)
- Resourceful, autonomous, and proactive
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
- Professional and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
Required Skills and Abilities:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administration and customer service
- Produce work with a high level of precision
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Sense of responsibility, honesty, and discretion
- Enjoy working with the public
- Versatility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
