We are a statutory board under the Ministry of Health that regulates health products, serves the administration of justice, secures the nation’s blood supply, and safeguards the public’s health.
We secure the nation’s blood supply by ensuring a safe and adequate blood supply for public and private hospitals.

We are seeking driven individuals to join HSA’s Blood Resources Division - Blood Bank team, where you will play a key role in securing the nation’s blood supply. In this front-facing role, you will perform essential blood collection support duties in a dynamic and close-knit team. Selected candidates will be deployed to one of our blood bank sites (One Punggol, Woodlands, Dhoby Ghaut) or mobile team.
In addition to the above, SBPAs will support blood collection processes. Candidates with limited phlebotomy experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided prior to deployment.
Our blood banks operate 6 days a week, between 9am and 8pm. Operating days/hours vary by location.
