We leverage technology to streamline the purchase process while maintaining personable customer service over the phone.

Since our launch in 2017, we have grown significantly. Southampton Group of Companies recently acquired Onlia insurance and aha insurance. We aim to disrupt the Canadian insurance market and are building a team of industry leaders to achieve this goal. Our collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment focuses on proactively addressing customer needs across all channels—phone, chat, email, social media—and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Lead, you will champion a customer-first approach by embedding this philosophy into all team activities and communications.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels by addressing product and service inquiries.
  2. Explain coverage thoroughly, handle claims empathetically, and identify opportunities to remarket coverage to meet customer needs.
  3. Understand underwriting rules and product features across various insurance providers.
  4. Respond promptly to insurance underwriters and participate actively in training initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in home and auto insurance brokerage.
  • RIBO license is required.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and digital tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
