Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a retail sales associate, you will help customers understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products. You will be a knowledgeable sales professional, making recommendations that solve customer problems and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Sales and customer service experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends (rotating shifts)
• Ability to learn and operate the computer system (D635) used for processing orders
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (considered an asset)
• Bilingual in French and English

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the best solutions for their projects
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and products
• Take initiative and confidently interact with customers
• Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers
