Job Title Inside Sales Account Manager, Western Canada

The Axis Canada team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager in the Vancouver, BC location. This position will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and support the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within the Alberta territory. What you’ll do here as an Inside Sales Account Manager
  • Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions; recommend appropriate camera solutions and provide product comparisons.
  • Research, identify, and follow up with new prospects, leveraging the Sales team for assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators, and partners.
  • Proactively work with partners to develop a strong partnership with Axis and support their growth.
  • Analyze channel partner program eligibility and either approve or reject applications.
  • Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and determine the best customers to pursue, allocating resources effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide technical tours of the Axis Experience Centre (AEC) and virtually demonstrate Axis products and solutions.
  • Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance to trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
  • Stay up to date with Axis products, solutions, and tools.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
  • Experience in a sales call center environment
  • Commitment to both external and internal customer satisfaction
  • Charismatic and able to quickly build connections with customers and colleagues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems, and CRM tools (CRM, Salesforce, Chat)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks effectively
  • Responsible with an independent drive
  • Solid technical skills, including an understanding of networking infrastructure
We'd love to hear that you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
  • 2+ years in sales driven position

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $68-75K OTE (80%=Base and 20%=Commission). Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
