What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects
  2. Handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts, crafting personalized strategies for each prospect
  3. Regularly review and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression and accurate forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently exceeding quotas
  2. Experience closing deals valued at $50,000 or more, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
  4. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  5. Passion for continuous learning, with demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies or strategies
