Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidates will be joining the Guest Education Center technology team that focuses on supporting technology to improve the retail guest experience. The Data Analyst will be responsible for building views within Snowflake for stakeholder data presentations. A day in the life :

1. Develop and implement data collection, processing, and analysis approaches.
2. Identify data trends and insights to solve significant, immediate business problems.
3. Deliver clear, concise, and timely reports and presentations for managers, stakeholders, and leadership.
4. Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities.

Must Haves :

• Approximately 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or SQL Developer.
• Experience documenting data flows and system design in consultation with engineers.
• Experience with SQL to create views within Snowflake.
• Experience conducting impact analysis for data model changes.
• Experience gathering technical requirements.
