Job description

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is looking to bring on board a Bi-lingual French Customer Service Representative.

In this exciting position you will lead, develop, and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, capabilities and competencies. This is a great opportunity to be a key stakeholder in a growing company that invests in its employees. Please note 1 day per week will be in office at a location near you.

What we are looking for you to do :

• Be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, accounts receivable and deductions management.
• Interact with customers daily and respond to their questions; guide them to the appropriate service.
• Improve, evolve and refine customer service, accounts receivable and order fulfillment processes, policies, procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and answer customer questions regarding organization policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and communicate market information, customer insights and trends across the business.
• Enable the achievement of operational and financial goals by creating a customer-centric, customer service and order fulfillment capability which ensures predictable and consistent achievement of all expectations of the customer service function.
• Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the internal ERP system and customer PO’s.
• Complete required action for customer service requests for order changes, maintenance of order / customer information files and communicate changes to the appropriate department / personnel.
• Complete the prompt handling of customer service requests which include order entry, pricing, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 2+ years customer service experience required.
• 2+ years food, beverage or CPG manufacturing experience required.
