Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

Our client based in New Brunswick is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect lead for a HYBRID model. The candidate will lead our client's Dynamics 365 initiatives. The ideal candidate has progressed through roles such as Functional Consultant to Solutions Architect, possesses broad sector experience, and excels in client-facing scenarios. This role requires managing various workstreams, including point of sales and finance, ensuring effective integration, and supporting business development with a comprehensive understanding of the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Engage with frontline stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Manage all workstreams involved in the project, ensuring effective integration.
• Support business development with a comprehensive understanding of the big picture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Progressed through roles to become a Solutions Architect, ideally starting as a Functional Consultant.
• Possesses broad sector experience.
• Client-facing with excellent communication skills, able to engage with frontline stakeholders.
• Capable of managing all workstreams involved in the project (e.g., point of sales, finance) and integrating them effectively.
• Supports business development with a comprehensive understanding of the big picture.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with Big 4 firms or other global professional services organizations.
