Job description

Filtration Plus, a division of Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG), is seeking a talented individual to fill the new role of Shipping, Coordination - CSR Support. If you enjoy challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a small team, this could be the opportunity for you!

We are a small, independent site within a larger corporation (IMG), offering the best of both worlds!

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Coordination

• Arrange and schedule all incoming truck loads, working closely with vendors.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery dates and advise on missing or damaged products.
• Manage all back orders for the branch.
• Run daily reports from Stonefield to determine what can be shipped.
• Explore ways to reduce back-order quantities.
• Communicate with internal customers and set appropriate delivery expectations.
• Work to minimize shipping errors.
• Provide backup for CSR role, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with CSR, Sales, and Shipping teams.

Shipping

• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Count and receive freight into inventory.
• Organize and maintain warehouse flow.
• Stage orders for shipping by picking products and shrink-wrapping skids.
• Enter pickup information into the system or prepare Waybills.
• Unload and load trucks and couriers.
• Work to minimize shipping errors.
• Handle walk-in contractors and customers.
• Manage key customer accounts.
• Update standing orders in Sage software.
• Process sales and batch orders.
• Handle customer invoicing.
• Manage backlog orders and seek opportunities to expedite through problem-solving.

What You'll Need

Qualifications

• Experience with lift truck operations or training is an asset.
• Knowledge or experience in HVAC, Filtration, or other industrial industries.
• Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to follow safe work practices.
• Experience with electronic inventory control systems like Sage, ACCPAC, or Simply Accounting.
• High School Diploma or GED is an asset.
