Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with Producers to manage the existing book of business and develop new portfolios.
2. Handle existing accounts through correspondence and daily administration.
3. Address clients’ needs by preparing quotes, and facilitating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and various practice groups.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience.
• EPIC system experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Level 2 license and CAIB or CIP designation are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, capable of multitasking, and strong customer service orientation.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
