We are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead our critical projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver client quotations with Business Development and technical teams.
• Develop project plans based on client requirements and coordinate with research, analytical, and operational teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify and resolve impediments related to timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Serve as the main contact for clients regarding project development, production, and financial aspects.
• Conduct project evaluations and support program advancement through meetings and reporting.
• Adhere to project management practices, templates, and policies.
• Maintain understanding of Alphora’s capabilities and capacity.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in sciences, BSc preferred.
• PMP certification and knowledge of Microsoft Project are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong financial and communication skills.
