Enbridge has a phenomenal opportunity for a teamwork-focused Environmental Senior Advisor to bring their proven technical skills in data systems management and U.S. air emissions reporting to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integrity of environmental emission data systems for Enbridge assets.

What You Will Do:
  1. Implement the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Encompass (Enablon) R&E module for Enbridge assets, including permit and equipment updates.
  2. Support reporting tasks such as annual GHG Reporting, sustainability reporting, and Air Permit compliance reporting.
  3. Ensure the Environment team’s requirements are met within other data systems (e.g., HMI, SCADA, SoLoNOx, station alarms) including monitoring and reporting on system health. Manage data quality through QA/QC software.
  4. Collaborate with TIS Engineering & Technical Services to ensure data systems meet environmental requirements and resolve reporting issues.
  5. Coordinate and support transitions between data systems, including calculation configurations, data migration, and correction.
  6. Conduct Business User Acceptance Testing for Enablon system enhancements and integration projects to ensure data meets air compliance needs.
Who you are:
  • Degree in environmental, physical, biological sciences, or related Environmental, Health and Safety field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in emissions data and Technology Information Systems.
  • Ability to understand diverse IT and emissions-related issues.
  • Strong written communication skills for various audiences.
  • Previous experience with data systems and emission reporting is preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with up to 10% travel; valid passport required.
  • Work under critical deadlines affecting schedule, budget, and emissions reporting.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical: grasping, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, reaching, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual and hearing requirements.

Mental: understanding and applying instructions, problem-solving, organizing thoughts, prioritizing, decision-making, communication, and report writing.
