Our Medical Radiation Technologists hold a valued role in our talented Diagnostic Imaging department team.

A casual cross-site Medical Radiation Technologist position is available in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at North Wellington Health Care (Louise Marshall Hospital & Palmerston and District Hospital). The homesite for this position is Louise Marshall Hospital (LMH).

  • Use your Medical Radiation Technologist knowledge and skill to bring utmost quality care to all patients

Requirements

  • CMRITO Designation
  • Membership with CAMRT
  • OAMRT (asset to have)
  • Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment
  • Demonstrated effective communications, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with many and varied internal and external individuals, groups, and agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Other duties as required

Additional Requirements

  • Satisfactory performance and attendance required
  • Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date
  • Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment prior to being hired
  • Must be available for all shifts
  • On an as needed basis

SALARY : $41.64 -$48.72 per hour
