Inspirato is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Membership Director to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, enthusiastic professional with a passion for luxury travel and an ability to close new business with discerning clientele. As a Membership Director, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into Inspirato club members. You'll serve as the face of the brand for prospective members, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers value through consultation, relationship-building, and product education. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion & Sales: Comfortable with a full-sales cycle role focused on developing and building pipeline while conducting consultations to understand client needs and matching them with the appropriate Inspirato offerings.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Demonstrate a high-output sales rhythm and maintain excellent quality and integrity in all client interactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop deep relationships with prospects and convert them into loyal members. Represent the Inspirato brand with professionalism, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
  • CRM & Reporting: Use Salesforce.com to track interactions, update lead and deal status, and report accurate sales metrics. Provide regular updates on progress, pipeline health, and close rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Development team and other Membership Directors to optimize the sales process. Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance.
Qualifications: Required:
  • Proven ability to succeed in a quota-bearing sales role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to close complex deals.
  • Demonstrates grit: persevering through challenges while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
  • Embraces a growth mindset: actively seeking feedback, learning from failure and applying lessons to future performance and success.
  • Maintains a consistently positive attitude and resilient spirit, even under pressure.
  • Displays professional polish in all client interactions, written communications and presentations.

Compensation$45,000-$50,000 CAD Base Salary, $95,000 - $105,000 CAD On-Target-Earnings We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities. Bonus:Eligible for the company’s bonus plan. Paid Time Off:Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays. FAM Trip:After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
