Job summary

Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a per diem barista for the Atrium Cafe. Responsibilities include making specialty beverages, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and previous experience in a customer service role.

Job description

Schedule: Per diem. Monday - Friday typical shifts are between 6:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Position includes:
Making coffee, espresso, and other specialty Starbucks beverages
Cashiering
Cleaning tables and counters
Assisting customers
Restocking workstations
Opening/closing tasks for the Atrium Cafe.
Grade: 110

• Great customer service skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus, ingredient lists, and job flows
• Ability to speak proficient English
• Ability to make changes and use point-of-sale software
• Prior barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
