As the Senior Director of Email Operations you'll lead and evolve a global 14-person team managing one of our most critical and high-leverage owned channels: email. This is not a maintenance role - it's a transformation mandate. You'll modernize our email platform, drive innovation in personalization, orchestration, and process to reimagine how we engage millions of customers across their journey.
You'll own the strategy and operations behind our email ecosystem - from audience management and analytics to governance, in-product communications, and cross-channel integration. You'll be a critical partner to teams across lifecycle, regional, and product marketing, helping them deliver high-impact campaigns rooted in data, powered by automation, and built for scale.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, GTM Channels & Campaigns.
Responsibility
Lead and scale a high-performing 14-person team across email operations, in product communication, audience management, webinar production, email analytics, and governance
Drive the evolution of email analytics tooling, performance measurement, and campaign optimization strategies
Act as a strategic business partner to lifecycle, regional, product, and event marketing teams to deliver value through owned channels
Collaborate with Martech, IT, and data teams to evolve infrastructure and unlock smarter, more personalized communication
Improve customer-centric messaging strategy through experimentation, process improvement, and tighter Martech integration
Influence effectively without authority at varying organizational levels in and outside assigned function
Be regarded by stakeholders as a trusted advisor, as evidenced through stakeholder feedback
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $202,800.00 - $327,625.00 base salary
