The Actionable.co team is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of superheroes and support our clients in scaling their brilliance.

Note: This is a rolling job posting, and we are continuously looking to add assistants or associates across various departments. Roles range from entry-level in Customer Service to experienced administrative positions within our Operations team, or somewhere in between!

The key requirements are as follows:

You must be

  • Someone who loves to organize (pencils sorted by size and color is a plus!).
  • A person who prioritizes others and customers.
  • Eager to undertake diverse tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Technologically savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Capable of working swiftly with minimal or no errors.
  • Possessing at least 1+ years of experience in an assistant or associate role.
  • Motivated by the quality of your work and personal satisfaction.
  • Highly adaptable and driven.
  • Attentive to detail, including grammar and spelling.

What you'll do

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing email inboxes and calendars (G-Suite & Zoom).
  • Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
  • Researching, booking, and coordinating travel and accommodations.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success on client follow-ups.
  • Editing copy and content with attention to detail.
  • Performing other duties as required.

What you'll need

Our ideal candidate possesses these qualities and qualifications:

  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • People skills; making others feel valued and going the extra mile for clients.
  • Comfort with various software tools, including G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Hubspot, Breezy, Typeform, etc.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to the entrepreneurial lifestyle.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience as a Freelancer is a plus, demonstrating drive, time-management, and the ability to work remotely.
  • Overall motivation and determination to excel.
