We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support our line haul operations. This isn’t just a job behind a screen—it’s a role that plays a critical part in keeping freight moving smoothly across our network during overnight hours. You'll be the link between terminals, drivers, and carriers, making sure everything runs on time and to standard.
This role is best suited for someone with line haul dispatching experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Culture fit is just as important as technical ability—we’re a close-knit team and looking for someone who wants to contribute positively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update trip details in the dispatch system throughout the shift.

• Coordinate terminal-to-terminal movement, maintaining contact with drivers and carriers.

• Adjust and communicate schedule changes due to delays, breakdowns, or other variables.

• Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Support overall line haul dispatching functions and contribute to team success.

• Look for ways to continuously improve operations, efficiency, and communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of dispatch or line haul experience preferred.

• Proven ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills — must be a team player.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn transportation management systems.

• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering on-time service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
